The Prowler Pile was formed on January 29th, 2004 with
the sole purpose of providing a means for Coach Bergland to track the
weekly goals of all current and future Prowlers. All information
is posted to a database that is reviewed weekly to determine the
players shooting, strengthening and stretching progression. The
links listed below the Prowler Pile provide a guideline and workout
plan for all players. There are may things to learn as a player
and these links will attempt to provide the information to encourage
players to make themselves better athletes.
